Loading Bay Checklist

Land loading personnel can use this module to check loading bays before starting operations. The app allows you to fill out specific checklists to ensure that all safety conditions are met, minimizing the risk of accidents during loading operations.

Electricity Meter Reading

A feature dedicated to electricians who perform periodic readings of electricity meters within the refinery. The app allows you to record and monitor data digitally, improving traceability and facilitating the control of energy consumption in the plant.

Plant Equipment Check

Thanks to this feature the operator can check the status of the plant equipment on a daily basis. The module allows you to record anomalies or maintenance needs, improving preventive management and reducing the risk of unexpected failures.

SWMobile

Operator access management. This feature allows you to control and record in real time who enters and exits the plant, ensuring continuous monitoring of the personnel present.

Emergency notification

In case of emergencies, the app offers immediate and detailed information, such as the position of the current alarm, wind direction and the emergency procedures to follow for that specific event. This tool ensures a rapid and coordinated response, increasing operator safety.

Near Miss reporting

Operators can promptly report so-called “near miss” directly in the app, through integration with safety management systems.

Phone book APP

A useful phone book that collects all the essential telephone numbers for the plant, including emergency users and key contacts of the refinery. Thanks to this feature, operators can quickly access the necessary contact information and, if enabled, directly make voice calls in critical situations.

Shift Change Management
